Norway and Sweden Ranks Lexus Number 1 in Customer Satisfaction

For five straight years, Lexus was ranked the top auto brand for customer satisfaction in both Norway and Sweden. Over 13,000 Norwegian car owners and 18,000 car Swedish car owners were randomly selected to participate in the AutoIndex study. The AutoIndex measures customer satisfaction and experience of both vehicle and dealership from 2009 to 2015.

Lexus topped the charts with 895 of 1,000 points in Sweden, 18 points ahead of the runner-up brand and 77 points above the industry average. The luxury brand received the highest score overall and in all categories in Norway.

Knut-Erik Jahnsen, head of Lexus Norway, said: “It’s wonderful to receive this award for the 5th consecutive year on behalf of all the skilled Lexus colleagues at the dealerships – they made this possible! We are particularly pleased to see Lexus’ score increase further in the areas of sales and workshop service, where the people in the Norwegian Lexus organization have the greatest impact.”
